Aerial & Satellite recommendation

I would like to give a recommendation for Chris of Aerials Installed, he came round to fit a new Aerial on my house as I was not getting a good reception on my TV, he could have just fitted a new Aerial but he didn't, after checking on the roof he came back in to tell me that I had a good enough Aerial that was only about 8-10 years old, and that the problem was just a broken cable and would just need fixing, which was now just a Service call plus a few parts,he fix it and my picture is perfect. Chris at Aerials Installed has also just helped me. He was great, he came round at very short notice. Diagnosed the problem as involving more than just the aerial. He climbed up on to the roof several times and left me with a fully working TV, excellent picture and channels I didn't know I had. What a nice fellow that Chris at Aerials Installed is, I called him back because the TV in my bedroom was not working, when he came round to check, it was my fault I had not tuned it in. asked him what the charge was, he just said "don't worry I was only round the corner when you phoned so their's no charge". I had to force ?10 into his hand. Great service and really nice chap.
