Return of the dog mess

Hi to all

I noticed recently that Forest Hill Road now has lots of bins for dog mess and those quaint pictures of guilty looking dogs beside steaming piles painted onto the pavement. Progress indeed.

Unfortunately the frequency of the real 'live' turds remains as high as ever.

I realise that I can call the hotline to report them (which I have done) but I do have a life and, frankly, I would rather not spend it discussing the habits of other people and their dogs.
