Wanted - expert damp company to treat internal walls, plaster and flooring

We have internal damp in our sitting room (due to external pathway on neighbours property been higher than airvents and DPC etc).

Looking for a specialist company to quote on the necessary work to fix the damp internally (such that it will not come back!) and replaster. Also looking for either floor insultation and replacement of floorboards or for a concrete floor to be laid.
