An Honest Estate Agent - Seriously - No Flies

I have written before with many others on this forum about my super positive experience selling a property with No Flies estate agents but they have just gone up even further in my estimation. I have been faffing around deciding if I should rent or sell small investment apartment in our area. Got No Flies round to value and they gave very honest opinion. Said not to sell now as would see steady growth over next few years - in my slightly run down improving area - and their advice would be to hang on to investment. Thus they did themselves out of the fee and another property to sell. Most agents would have had it on and sold just to get the numbers up.

I cannot speak highly enough of Brendan and Tony at No Flies and I am very grateful to have found them originally on this forum. They have taken estate agency to another level - an honest and personal service in estate agency is very rare.
