While I understand that many readers in this forum will not feel affected by this, am principally reaching out to residents who live close to One Tree Hill.

Crofton Park Ward have submitted a plan to Lewisham Council for a Neighbourhood Plan forum. This is based on an area which is the ward boundary:

https://www.lewisham.gov.uk/myservices/planning/policy/LDF/Neighbourhood-plans/Documents/Crofton%20Park%20and%20Honor%20Oak%20Park%20Neighbourhood%20Area%20Map.pdf

If you live outside this area you will be excluded, by the forum's proposed constitution, from contributing to the neighbourhood's plans. You may also wish to comment on whether the area defines a neighbourhood you are comfortable with. More details here:

If you feel affected by this, or merely wish to have a say, then please do fill in this survey:

Will post results online for those interested. You can also email Lewisham Planning directly - their consultation finishes on the 20th March.

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
    • Reeves says she's in charge and no no's Rayners plan, what happens now?
