katyakatya
Hello!I am a local documentary filmmaker looking for a family to participate in an online video about food waste for the Guardian. Alongside a food waste specialist (founder of [www.thekitchenrevolution.co.uk]) we would ask you to save your family food waste during a 5 day period and then give tips on how to waste less, recipe ideas for leftovers and even tips for composting etc.The video would run on the main Guardian website as part of a month-long sustainable living feature. Please get in touch if you might be interested. Thanks!Katya Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/42105-looking-for-a-family-to-feature-in-documentary-about-food-waste/ Share on other sites

ianr
> food waste specialist (founder of [www.thekitchenrevolution.co.uk])from which: "This is the life-saving cookbook you've been waiting for."Not wasting food at home is easy. You don't throw it away. You eat it.If you want to do a useful documentary, look at the psychology and economics of commercial wastage.
