Floor sanding recommendations wanted

I'm looking for someone to lightly sand and seal the oak laminate floor in our small playroom. The floor has been down for a few years and is looking tired and stained. Any recommendations please?

It seems that that laminate flooring need to be replaced,

It not advisable to re-sand photographic finished laminate flooring
