Mac + Entourage support wanted urgently

Help! I've got a mac (OS X.6.8)and use Entourage for my business emails. When I reopened the computer today after safely shutting it down as it had been running slowly, all my 3000 emails and data have disappeared. My email account is through 'Easily.co.uk' and their support team said the problem is with the Mac or Entourage, not them. The mac is no longer covered under Applecare. I'd backed up recently and can see my entourage backup folders on the computer but can't open them.

Can anyone recommend someone who specialises in Macs? thanks.
