they are on an 'earner' around East Dulwich, Can't understand why ,they have the monopoly but to be honest they can 'deliver'

Well, some jobs they do are a very poor "patch and mend" that pays lip service to maintenance. Other big jobs they do, at this time of the year, makes you think.. "Is this really necessary?" and are Southwark just doing this to spend their budget?

Southwark have paid them do more to do more so-called "traffic calming" humps (or whatever you call them) than appears appropriate by any measure.

Something strange going on , me thinks!
