Hi guys,

in the middle of moving to Dulwich at the moment. The structural survey recommended damp and timber specialist survey after spotting some damps in the new house. Tapco Homedry was recommend by Specialist Xpress and carried out a paid damp and timber specialist survey for us. The survey itself seems decent, and they have suggested some work to be done. As I have never dealt with this particular company before (or any other damp proofing company), I m wondering if anyone on this forum have had work done by them in the past? are they a reliable damp proofing company? any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there, yes i m aware it's probably a very common job. The report they carried out is quite detail, but I guess I m more concerned about the quality of their work as the job needed to carried out doesn't seem to be too complicated. That's why I was wondering if anyone else on the forum have work done from them in the past.

    • It was a bit of a jump by me from Cyclemonkey seeing a similar presence at London Bridge. Larnaca wouldn't have brought a huge amount of fans, but it was the first time Palace have hosted a competitive European tie. There's the issue of Northern Cyprus and heightened media interest around footy because of the Villa Maccabi game at the moment, so that may have had a bearing on the scale of the operation. It does seem unlikely if it was at four o'clock, though.
