I'd like to recommend Stephen and Fine Touch decorators.

They've just finished doing our hallway and it's really good. They are a really nice group to have around and the work was of a high standard. There were a few minor problems along the way, all of which Stephen owned and resolved straight away. Can recommend with confidence.
