Hi All,

A couple of days ago was looking for a window cleaner on the EDF and made appointments with two that were recommended. Ended up choosing Wayne Mauger 07886990081. Came out on the same day I rang to assess and provide a quote the day and out the next afternoon to clean all my windows inside and out. Not only are all our windows sparkling, found him to be personable, professional and just a delight to do business with and will be using him on a regular basis going forward. Planning to share his details with our friends and work colleagues, for his prices I'm sure can not be beat. One very happy customer who is enjoying looking outside her windows.

      I know people won’t have any sympathy but the SEND challenge was brought up when taxing parents who have opted for independent school to meet a child’s SEND needs. Funding crisis is getting worse and the VAT on Education pushed children out of independent schools, now their SEND needs are to be met by the state.

      I completely agree with you - and last night was really terrible where I am. Between midnight and 1am was the worst, where it genuinely felt like a war zone. I had to run out of my house to try and stop a grown man setting them off in open space right by our front doors. In response he went to throw a half lit one at me and then seemed to think better of it. I am so sad at how bad the situation has got here and how selfish people are. Fireworks are bad for the environment and for pets and wildlife, as well as just being unnecessary noise for people too. I have sent an email today to Helen Hayes, which I have done previously on this issue. Would advise anyone to write to your MP to do the same, and to ask them to engage with the debates scheduled for 19 Jan.
