reliable removal and handyman services needed

Does anyone know of a very reasonably priced moving service that will work from SE London to Hertfordshire, with assistance at both ends (involving stairs at one of them)? A bonus if they can supply boxes, especially the smaller, sturdy handled boxes suitable for books and documents.

Ideally I'd like someone who would dismantle a few pieces of flatpack furniture and make it ready for the move as part of the same job.
