Well done HMB for being 'on the ball' ha ha ... Not a cricket ball - doesn't sound so dangerous then...

Went past the cricketers today. Soft ball. Passed quite close by with my two kids and they very politely waited a few moments to bowl when we'd gone far enough past the wicket.

They're interestingly bowling right down the 'cut through' - suppose its because the grass is shorter there??

Anyway - they weren't causing any problems and looked they were having a lot of fun. Almost wanted to join in. HP

HP- Yes, I think they use that area as the grass is shorter and is almost like a proper cricket crease. I looked out and saw them playing away tonight and again it was a soft ball.

Good to see and they defo look like they are enjoying themselves which is nice to see.

    • Just be careful to know exactly what they cover and the limits. i use Many Pets and Medivet, as I think one of the vets is exceptionally good. Some of the NHV are, but I’ve had a couple I’ve not liked at all.  I need consistency and to feel that they actually care more about the animals than the money.
    • I haven't used them myself but I noticed recently that "Snoots" in Forest Hill is going unlimited primary care for £33/month, so basically a subscription. Easy access on the 176 from East Dulwich. I have no idea what it includes so read the contract! It's a chain but only 5 branches so not a mega corporate. 🤷‍♂️ https://www.snootsvet.com/find-us
