Hey folks


We have three spaces left on our yoga & meditation workshop this Sunday afternoon (18th) at Push Studios.


Join a friendly space to discover how yoga postures, breath awareness, relaxation methods and active meditation can help you keep fit, quieten your mind, and fully relax.


The practices focus on restoring the nervous system and encouraging a health-boosting balance of activity and rest to help you feel good.


All levels welcome. Mats can be provided.

    • But people getting up for work or if they’re a carer having to get up after a few hours sleep would know it’s gone 11pm as they’re kept awake by selfish people! 
    • I agree. Midnight I can understand when it's celebrating the start of a new year (under whatever system) but not otherwise. Though re the wildlife, it's going to affect them whatever time it is, I don't suppose they know it's gone 11pm!
    • Looking for someone naughty on the ground? What other reason would there be, if it hasn't landed anywhere?
    • Yes I get your gist, but maybe you could just name a few of the very many you mention? I'm not sure why you find it very concerning that somebody would leave Labour for the Greens? So have many people, including me.
