ED land clearance needed

We are purchasing a small plot of land in ED which currently has a couple of lock up garages and other building rubbish on it.

We need the garages dismantled and the land cleared completely and levelled with all rubbish and rubble removed.

Could anyone recommend somebody who might be able to carry this out. We need it asap and for as cheap as possible (obviously!)
