Children create joyously, without conditioning, until they start trying to meet the expectations of adults. This severs their connection with the centre of their being. I facilitate Michele Cassou's liberating "Point Zero" approach to self expression, which enables people of all ages to reconnect with their creative impulse and integrated centre of calm.

8-11 yrs: Tuesdays, 4-5pm, 3rd June - 1st July, 5 sessions, ?50.

12+ years: Wednesdays, 4.15 - 5.15, 4th June - 3rd July, ?50.
