Update: Maggie Richards will sadly not be able to join us for this urban yoga retreat, but instead we will have the lovely Katie Rose step in. She will introduce us to playful voice work, singing and soothing sonic meditation to help us restore our natural radiance. Of course, there will still be plenty of yoga as well :)
