Builders needed for strucural work - recommendations needed

We need some genuine recommendations to have some substantial structural work done in our new house.

The rear chimney breast has been taken out and we need to make it a lot more secure as well as some internal walls.

We are having our structural engineer detailing the work this week and need to get a few quotes asap.

Any advice welcome!
