A number of houses on Friern and Upland have had their front ground floor Sash Windows jemmied. However they are locked, screwed shut or painted shut so there was no success. this was in the Afternoon last Wednesday I think. All had hedges hiding the windows from the Road. You know what to do , Trim those hedges and get screwing or painting! .
