Hello, I'm a Physiotherapist working locally at the Dulwich College PE centre treating patients and teaching Pilates. I am introducing a new Tai Chi 8 week course for beginners to run on a Thursday evening from 7 - 8 pm.

I teach Sun-style Tai Chi which is an accessible and beautiful mixture of graceful martial arts and restorative mindful movement. This form of exercise and strengthening can help reduce musculoskeletal pain and be particularly helpful in the relief from Arthritis.
