Recommended Posts

Hello

I am an experienced Physiotherapist working locally at the Dulwich College PE Centre treating patients and teaching Pilates and Tai Chi for Health.

I am also a Senior clinician at the Queen Mary (Sidcup) Hospital and studying towards my Masters in Advanced Neuro-musculo-skeletal Physiotherapy at King's College London.

I have a clinical interest in the management of persistent pain, with particular interest in spine-related pathology - but I also have extensive general experience and sports experience.

I am an experienced Pilates instructor and trained in pre and post natal Pilates, with experience in effective abdominal diastasis (split abdominals post-pregnancy) care and management.

My sessions are typically 30minutes - but I offer an extra 15 minutes free of charge on initial assessment.

?40 per session

I am also available for Pilates 1:1 Sessions last 1hour and costing ?60.

    • Its almost the same as Grove Vale School , now Goose Green School.
    • They used to have dedicated park wardens, who I'm sure used to look after the parks and locked and opened the gates. Years ago I knew someone who was one. I thought they were based in that hut by the toilets. Are they not there any more? The community wardens are attached to the police rather than a specific park, aren't they?
    • Yes, sad how Rye Lane has taken a dive, interesting to see those pics CPR Dave. It's shocking how the section between Choumert Road and the Nag's Head in particular has lost its vibrancy, meanwhile the next section to the top of Peckham Rye Common has gentrified. Wonder why such a distinction in fortunes? Anyway the station square plans have fallen behind yet again, demolition won't now start this summer. The only "work" that will now take place this summer is surveying of the arcade, which they've had 10 years since planning permission to do. At least the replacement TSB branch has progressed but the Blenheim Grove corner building still looks unfinished, despite claims it "is now complete". https://www.southwark.gov.uk/planning-environment-and-building-control/current-and-future-development/peckham-and-nunhead-2
    • DKH was two form entry, it is now one form entry to cope with the fact it was far more under subscribed than other schools in the area. They had actually combined year groups into single classes, 3/4 and 5/6.  When a school changes name, it’s usually because of a bad reputation perhaps the results.  The new name is dry with no history unlike its current name. It’s a very sketchy decision. It’s an expensive vanity project for someone.  What  will happen if the name change does not increase applications to the school?
