black and white cat with purple collar

Sorry to post something so sad, but I live on Barry Road, and there is a black and white cat near to my house that has been run over and been lying by the roadside most of this evening. It has a purple collar lying next to it, with white/silver studs on it, but nothing to identify it.


If it is your cat and you want to come and collect it, it is quite near numbers 50-60, and is on the side of the road opposite Barry's off license/newsagent, at the foot of a tree.


Sorry again for the sad news, but I thought it was better to post it as I know how it feels to loose a cat and not know if it is ok or not.

      I go there quite regularly (don't ask), on my own behalf and as a chauffeur for family. I have never noted people parking up, going in and then straight out again once registered. Some times of day (and some days) are much busier than others, as you might expect, especially during winter vaccination season.

      There are a lot of car parking spaces - in order for them to all be filled, it would suggest a local event rather than unrelated shoppers. Does the surgery have records of when the it's full? presume there is some sort of management of it. Perhaps there is a correlation to local activity or a pattern.
