Paid consultancy request for London residents who work in Finance or HR

Recommended Posts

I have a consultancy request for a HR Head or Financial Director to participate in a research project. I would be grateful if you could forward this email onto any relevant people in your network.

We are a research company working on a project for an advertising agency looking at understanding reactions to a new product that relates to employee benefits. We need to speak to Financial Directors or Controllers and/or HR Heads of medium to large companies (300+ employees) during a 45 minute one on one, face to face interview.

The thing to stress is this is qualitative market research, not sales. We are full members of the Market Research Society and abide by its code of conduct (https://www.mrs.org.uk/standards/code_of_conduct) which means that we are not allowed to be party to selling. We will not be passing your details on to anyone, although we may be accompanied by somebody from an advertising agency during the interview.

We will pay our interviewee ?200 for the 45 minute interview. It can be conducted either where you work, or any other place of your choosing e.g. somewhere in the centre of London ? we have membership at a private members place in Soho, where we could secure a room if this is easier. The interview needs to be face to face because we have some stimulus to discuss.

Regarding interview content - as noted, we will be discussing reactions to a new product that relates to employee benefits. In brief, the product allows employees to buy various big ticket items via their payroll. It?s the same mechanic as, for example, work giving you a loan for an annual rail ticket and then deducting it from your salary in monthly instalments. We just want understand what you think is more positive or more negative about the product, and how that product should be conveyed in order to reach people in similar positions to yourself.

You can check out our website at www.murmurresearch.com for more credentials and we?re happy to furnish you with references if you feel the need to speak with someone we?ve interviewed, recently.

Anyone interested can get in touch with myself, Lamis Harper ? 07867901344 / [email protected]

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Lamis

    • What a ridiculous plan. If this is to stop traffic "cutting through" where do they think it is now going to "cut through" via? Has the council produced any data on the scale of the problem on Ryedale - anything to back up their hypothesis? You cannot do these things in isolation as all it does is displaces traffic elsewhere. Dunstans is going to become awful - I feel for the residents there. Councils should not be allowed to implement these experimental TMOs, they are clearly using them to circumvent proper planning and engagement. Has anyone contacted the local councillors about this? The laughable thing was the local ward councillors were concerned about displacement from the wider Dulwich LTNs on their ward so is this an indirect acknowledgement that they are being impacted?  Ridiculous.
    • I would never leave my dog tied up outside a shop nowadays. A large proportion of ‘dogs stolen’ notices feature dogs nicked from outside shops- fancy dogs, old dogs, mongrels , all sorts. Stolen on a whim, for mischief, for profit or as a bait dog to train fighters. A thief might abandon them shortly afterwards, but the heartbreak and confusion is already done and a reunion not guaranteed.
    • It's a terrible idea, will damage trade in Forest Hill Road and is just creating a nice private road for someone to enjoy. Congestion in the road is caused mainly by delivery vans, well, let's help stamp out those scourges. And an 18 month trial is at least a year too long if you are just interested in judging impact. And there has been no consultation at all, save, perhaps, with the privileged Rydale-ers. I live a block away in Underhill and I've heard only via social media.
