Damp wall issues: Recommendations gratefully received!

Hello,

I wonder if anyone has a recommendation for builder / damp specialist to tackle a large patch of penetrating damp in my hallway? I've had a number of people come and look at it, but no one seems to know where it's coming from!

Any recommendations gratefully received!
