Good handyman who provides receipts wanted

Hi,can anyone recommend a decent handyman who gives proper receipts (i.e. with their real details, not made-up)and who charges a fair /real world price? Range of tasks including fixing a bed, replacing old silicone with new, cutting and fitting lino to the bathroom- none of it difficult but would obviously like these things done properly and neatly (particularly thinking of the silicone here) and without undue faffing around...
