I'd like to recommend Chrissie for massage/accupuncture as she has really helped to reduce chronic knots and pain in my shoulders/upper back. I have had massages from various practitioners over the years but her use of massage and accupuncture has been particularly effective. She works at local clinics and also can come to your home.   There is a great fireworks event every year in Battle. A bit like the Lewes one, but slightly smaller / more manageable. It’s not just you. Definitely seems to be a bit more subdued this year locally
