"Mummy, I don't know how to paint that". We hear these sad words from children for the first time when they start trying to meet the expectations of adults, and lose confidence in their own intense perception of the world.

These sessions encourage children to return to their own experience, to reconnect with their own felt sense and express it naturally and spontaneously. This helps them to integrate their changing self and feel confident in their own experience.

5 - 7 YEARS: 10 - 10.45am

Week beginning 21st July:

Mon 21st, Wed 23rd, Thurs 24th, Fri 25th

8+ YEARS: 2 - 3pm

Week beginning 14th July:
