Chinese delivery recommendations please

Anyone got any good Chinese food delivery in this area the rice needs to white not grey and stuck together and food not too greasy ??

I like the Golden Kitchen on Lordship Lane but I normally have egg fried rice - I also am limited to what I can eat so have not ventured to try many of their dishes!
