Hello - can anybody recommend some good local pregnancy yoga or pilates classes? I'm more interested in some exercise/relaxation than the hypnobirthing/"breathing the baby out" type of thing (if that makes sense!?). I had babies number 1 and 2 in North London so am not sure where's good around Dulwich!

Thank you.

I teach Pregnancy Pilates on Tuesday evenings, although the timing clashes with the new pregnancy yoga class time at Yogarise and she's a lovely teacher so I will do myself out of business but I do really recommend her classes, she's great. If you are interested, my Pilates class is at 7.15pm on Tuesday evenings and it's drop in. Focus on strength and release work. Let me know if you need any more info, I'm based in SE15 in "north peckham" i.e. across in the library end of Peckham rather than Bellenden area.

    • Anyone can deliver for Evri - my daughter having just passed her driving test tried Evri to make some money - they basically give you a route and as many parcels as they think you can cope with - you make money for each one you deliver, so you can imagine - speed is the priority. Why would they wait for you to answer the door when they can just throw it and take a photo? If you have a choice, choose a different courier service or shop elsewhere where they do.
    • Boil - it’s the customer’s fault, not the delivery person’s.
    • A bit of a long shot but I'm on the lookout for a portable pop-up counter or podium.   The kind you often see on a high street, used by charities or utility companies to advertise their wares.   I've included a photo to give you the idea. I'm a peckham-based artist and am looking for one for a free (and non-profit) community art project.  It can be in any workable condition and can already have signage on it as we will remove and redecorate ourselves.    Thanks in advance, Linzie
    • No I absolutely did not - that much is clear. Have you read the latest stories about Unite, Len and the hotel in Birmingham? The UK electorate were smart enough to reject a far-left party in 2019, let's hope they are smart enough to reject a far-right party at the next election too. If not we are all doomed.
