RUBBISH IN MY GARDEN

I am getting quite cheesed off with people dumping children's toys in MY front Garden - I am on Barry Road, and so far, we've had a dumped scooter and a dismantled wendy house. Anybody else having the same problem?

sorry , I thought the house was abandoned because it looked in such a state. Ill come and pick them back up later - if you can bag them up for me, it will leave less mess in my car.
