Received my monthly phone bill recently, ten times more than normal as the "inclusive minutes" on my tariff had been charged for. It appears I am unable to send them an e-mail, even in the " My Vodaphone Account" section of the website.

Several calls over the past week have resulted in promises of a manager calling me back to discuss resolution, but guess what, nothing on each occasion. As the direct debit was due to go out, I have cancelled it as I can imagine the uphill task of trying to get a refund. I was offered a 20% reduction, though !!!!

Has anybody out there had a similar experience with them, or any other phone provider for that matter. If so, I would appreciate your feedback. I will add, I've never had a problem with them in approx 15/16 years.

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
