Wanted..Fire Risk Assesment certificate

My Son needs a Fire Risk Assessment certificate and an asbestos survey for communal area for his flat which is in the process of being sold,has anyone had one done and/or know how to go about this please?.

His freeholder or managing company should have one , but if not the above do them Hope this helps

I did both for the communal areas in our flats myself. You don't need to be qualified in any way, just competent. PM me if you'd like to see the one I did as a guide to what needs to be done.
