I would like to recommend Paul Short (07843877284) for sorting out the drainage in our garden and laying some slates for a BBQ. nice, professional prompt and did a good job. The first builder/handyman we would recommend and he came on a Sunday as well.

  That's not correct Maria. EU nationals can't vote at GE's in the UK. The gov.uk link is a bit misleading as it mentions the GE, mentions registering to vote and who can register to vote. You can vote in some local elections and they are listed in the 2nd link you posted.
