Online Diary Suggestion?

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend an online diary/calendar?

We currently use Airset, managed by ourselves and accessed privately by our photographers, does anyone use something similar that they can share with us please?

Silly question but can you not use Google calendar and give your photographers access to it?
