raerae
Hi all,I wonder if anyone can help me? I've been toying with the idea of doing some one on one yoga sessions to increase my strength- I nearly broke my back two years ago and the older I get (only 30!!), the more it seems to trouble me. I used to do private lessons with a friend who was training at the time but she is now too busy as she's a fully fledged instructor. I've tried classes but because of my limited movement I find it very hard to keep up so I hoped someone might know of a great, patient instructor who would be available to do some one on one lessons. The aim is not to get super bendy and become a yogi, I just want to build up my strength and increase flexibility. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/47209-any-recommendations-for-private-yoga/ Share on other sites
