Mary Berry Chocolate Tiffin Recipe needed

Hello!

In need of recipe urgently! I am on holiday at the moment, and decided not to bring recipe books as I thought I could find recipes online. I was wrong! All the recipes I wanted I can't find. I have family arriving tonight and I need to have made this tiffin as they love it and have requested it! If anyone could send me the measurements of the ingredients I would be very happy, as I can remember the recipe instructions, but just not the measurements!
