Young women with clipboards?

There were three young women with clipboards going along Ulverscroft Road (and I presume other roads) today ringing on doors.

I was genuinely busy and didn't have time to see what they wanted, but assumed they were selling something, however now I'm slightly worried in case it might have been something important which I've missed :)

Does anybody know what they wanted?

I answered the door to three ladies about 5.15pm and they said they were calling on behalf of a charity for the deaf. I didn't hear the full story though, as my little one was hollering to be fed so I had to scarper!

3 ladies lol. How many ladies does it take?

Two of them were New to the job and in training. They were mainly taking email addresses for people who were happy to be contacted to donate in the future.

They came to me...

Said they were not selling anything. then said with a smile.

'They thought I was too young' Politely suggesting I was too old.

So they may of been targeting young people.

No idea what they wanted. ?
