Recommendation for replacement french doors.

Can anyone recommend a reliable company to make replacement french doors - I want them to look exactly like the ones we have(like most of East Dulwich and Herne Hill, we have casement doors out to the garden) but want them made of hardwood and double glazed. All recommendations welcome.
