Discovered a great garden centre!

I have been hunting for a new garden centre for some time after the sad loss of our local one (next to east Dulwich station) I have finally found a new one.....Alleyn Park garden centre in west dulwichn http://www.alleynpark.co.uk. I found it listed on the Independents top 50 best garden centres in the UK. I went there this morning and found the staff super friendly and really helpful, especially useful when you are a novice like me. Apparently they have been there for almost 10 years and it's no surprise that I'd not seen it before as it is tucked away on Park Hall road (the entrance is opposite cafe rouge). There is a wonderful selection of plants, flowers and all the paraphernalia you need to keep your garden looking great. It's a real little gem and I cannot recommend it enough. Thanks guys!

I like the garden centre in Parish Lane, Penge - Alexandra Nurseries. They have a lovely tea room and the whole place is quirky,

It's closed until the 25th August....if you don't have a car, the 176 goes very nearby.
