Hi,

Just a quick email to say if you need your wooden floors sanded / renovated then I would definitely speak to Derek Nesbeth at Finishing Point LTD based in Herne Hill.

Took us a while to decide on a company to sort out our old disgusting floorboards in our lounge and hallway (just getting around to writing this!!), and we can't rate them highly enough. Derek and his team were was brill from start to finish and the final result was fantastic.

Our floors now look amazing (sanded and laqured) and certainly better that we expected. All done to time and they didn't charge a penny more to replace and fix more boards than originally quoted for. Cleaned as they went with no fuss whatsoever.

Its quite a nervy decision when deciding which company to use so thought I could at least help and suggest someone I'd use again. You will not be disappointed. Last but not least, most of the other quotes we got were more expensive, so I'd consider them extremely competitive!

  Couldn't agree more with these great reviews for Paul and his colleague Damian. We had an issue in which our earth and live wires had been installed the wrong way and Damian fixed it quicky and for a really reasonable price. Would definitely use again

  I had this problem. The only way I could resolve it was by phoning the number of the letter. I was set up over the phone having already registered for an account.The instructions on the letter are not correct as a code needs to be inputted. I do now have my permit.

  A friend of mine was into "skill swap" about 40 years ago. It wasn't within an organised scheme, she just offered services like help with painting in exchange for services received. She upset some people as they carried out their services for a living, I.e. for money. An organised scheme sounds much better.

  Gosh, that is a blast from the past. Friends in York were into this, he was an accountant and had things like decorating done in exchange. Not sure if it was equivalent in terms of hours, and I recall HMRC being interested as it was a way of tax avoidance.
