As you know, the summer holidays are currently taking place so as a result I am looking to get out of the house and make myself useful. I am willing to take on pretty much any job for reasonable pay. Due to my height and physique I am also willing to do heavy lifting if you are unfortunately incapable of doing so yourself or if you just want to put your feet up.

Hi There,

Can I check your availability for two bits of work please? We are moving on Saturday 12-2 ish into a flat in Crystal Palace (West Norwood end/near Crown Point) and need help with some lifting of the white goods. There will be three men but we need one more for a tricky part of the route into the flat. Are you free/interested?

Secondly we are doing up the flat and my partner is sanding the boards today and tomorrow and may need some help tomorrow. The work would be supervised and it would be things like tapping nails into the floor and maybe doing the edges of the rooms. Would you be interested/available for that? If yes can you give me an idea of costs for the day?
