so how many times do you think is needed to bump a FS thread in the for sale section before the message gets through that no one wants your crap ?

I can see an 11 bumper that has been refreshed in the past 24 hours - is this a record?

The number of 'bumps' is directly proportional to the uselessness of the item for sale.

As more 'bumps' occur, the item concerned takes on an increasing pointlessness of ownership.

Everyone knows that, so even what would have been the most desirable object becomes tainted with the stigma of multi-bumps and so finds it way back into the dark recesses of the cupboard from whence if came, or into a skip.
