Hello!

My name is Susannah. I'm a freelance pilates & Yoga instructor.

I offer one to one sessions in the comfort of your home, or in a small group of your friends, as you wish.

The sessions are totally designed for you to stay fit in a way that serves and motivates you best.

I am extremely experienced with over ten years of teaching experience.

Originally a professional ballet dancer I have trained top dancers in companies like Rambart Dance and Billy Eliot the musical. I love working with beginners and I love giving people the body they want and the confidence to go with it!

I get great results, particularly with improving flexibility and flattening stomachs, that is my area of expertise! Great for post pregnancy tummies.

I was one of the top teachers at Chelsea Harbour Club and my classes were always sold out in advance.

I've taught all over London and abroad, and being freelance I don't give out my address as I don't work from home,but I'm based in East Dulwich, I travel to you which is great for fitting into your schedule and then there's no need to get a babysitter if you have a child, you can be working out while your baby sleeps.

Sessions last one hour, and prices get cheaper the more classes you book at once. Dates and times are flexible, and 24 hours is required for cancellation.
