What is the "sale of articles for private gain" mentioned on here? Are they selling stuff? I thought they were "just" collecting illegally in the streets (and apparently, according to that link) pocketing half the proceeds. -
That's really poor, isn't it? Did they say what the hold up was?

Youre welcome!! It was empty for quite sometime before reopening as an eaterie which ive completely forgotten the name of. It was a busy place way back in the 80's when my father used it on weekends. Predominantly an Irish and West Indian pub back then as were many others around Brixton at the time. -

Rang the Leisure Centre this afternoon to check on where they were with the 22nd September re-opening of the pool. Regrettably the work is not done yet and they have no date at present. Hopefully they'll reflect this on the web site /app soon.
