VBAC or elective Cesarian? It can feel like an overwhelming choice to have to make.

I host a support group in Sydenham, 4 times per year (in association with the NCT, though meetings are open to anyone and not linked to membership) where we share birth stories and consider the options for future births.

The meetings are informal and free and offer advice and support to people who want to find out about a more natural birth after a previous caesarean and also a place to discuss the pros and cons around VBAC and Elective C Section.

The next meeting will be on Wednesday 1 October, from 8-10pm.

Please contact me by email for more information.

Best wishes

    • Perhaps now they can rethink the use of the lifts they actually have got, that do work and are not currently used for passengers.
