Crumb is the new cookbook from Ruby Tandoh, one of the finalists in last year?s Great British Bake-Off. It?s a joyful passionate book that rediscovers the simple pleasures of baking ? a book to be shared by novices and seasoned bakers alike.

Meet Ruby, taste some of her recipes, ask about your baking problems and get a behind the scenes view of the Bake-Off. This promises to be a wonderful and fun afternoon with a major new talent in the food-writing world. Photographs in the book are by local photographer Nato Welton.

  A big thanks to Julian for coming out to see to a gutter issue the next morning after a period of incredibly heavy rain. The gutter pipe in question is shared between four houses and the cause of the leak wasn't immediately obvious. Julian made two visits to make sure the issue was fully resolved and was highly efficient in his work and very personable too.

  Eliot built sitting room alcove shelving and cupboards for me earlier this year and did a great job. I highly recommend him. The joinery is completed to a really high standard; Eliot was super communicative throughout and took care to check details with me. The work was done on time and the guys took care to clean up afterwards (not always the case!). I’m extremely pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
