Dodgy Binman alert

Just wanted to alert residents of a very dodgy "bin man" was spotted this morning. Had a rucksack on his back & a bike,oh & a can of lager! but dressed in bin man clothing. He was going through peoples front gardens & bringing out the odd bin if someone saw him.

This was at around 9am this morning the real bin men came at noon.

Those work clothes are worn in eastern Europe and Germany.

I'm not saying he is legit or not, but when I worked on the bins one of our team would go out in the middle of the night & pull all the bins into the road. We would clock in for him & he spent the day in bed.

Bringing out the odd bin seems a bit weird.

However, either way, I am not too comfortable with photos identifying people on the forum under these circumstances.

From the back, maybe.

And what about the other person in the photo..are they involved?
