Do you build, make, or install garden fences?

I've no idea... which is probably why i'm looking for any recommendations for someone to come and help firstly clear some hefty old flower beds propped up by brick and concrete and then build, make, erect, install, whatever it is, two sides of garden fences.

They're on their very last legs and won't survive the winter, or my half cocked attempts at fixing them any longer, all suggestions much appreciated, many thanks
