Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that I am now taking booking for our next Baby Massage Courses and Mother & Baby Yoga Classes at the beautiful Sunflower Centre in Brockley :-) Course dates are as follows:

MOTHER AND BABY YOGA: Wednesday 15th October at 12.45pm (6 week courses)

LEARN TO MASSAGE YOUR BABY: Wednesday 15th October at 2pm (5 week course)

Our courses are laid back, fun and very social: a great way to meet other parents and spend quality time with your baby. The Sunflower Centre is a beautiful cosy venue with lovely views over Hilly Fields - plus there are plenty of great cafe's just a stones throw away for a gossip and slice of cake with the other mums after class!

I am also running courses in Greenwich (Free parking available):

LEARN TO MASSAGE YOUR BABY: Thursday 16th October at 11am (St Alfege Church Hall) & Monday 3rd November at 12.15pm (Greenwich West Community Centre)(both 5 week courses)

MOTHER AND BABY YOGA: Every Monday at 11am (Greenwich West Community Centre) and Thursday at 12.15pm (St Alfege Church Hall)

See our website for more details and more courses dates www.yumiyoga.co.uk or email me at [email protected] to book your place or ask me any questions.

I look forward to hearing from you :-)

    • You can get a card at the till, though, to get the discount. You don't have to carry it with you (or load it onto your phone), you can just get a different card each time. Not sure what happens if they notice 🤣
    • Yes..that may be the case but membership STARTING at £115 a month is still unafforable for many. Council gyms also have a large range of equipment and I had a  PT at Dulwich leisure centre when I was in Full Time employment who was incredible and even kept in contact during lockdown giving me a program I could do at home and checking in weekly at no charge or personal gain for herself. I dont doubt that Fit For may be a good gym (Its been in situ long enough so must be doing something right) However the cost of membership means it is affordable for the few not the many. If I could afford that kind of fee I would rather get a train to Canary Wharf and go to Virgin active where theres a pool and incredible classes and facilities
    • This sounds great 👍
    • We found a red TREK bike yesterday that had clearly been stolen and dumped. Would love to reunite it with its owner. Get in touch if you know whose it is.
